Funeral services for Frank SEYBOLD were held in the Christian Church Sunday afternoon in charge of Rev. Robert Lewis. Mrs. Frank Gardner; Miss Helen Kelso; Corta Dooley and Paul Emmert with Mrs. Lowell Spencer at the piano sang In the Garden and Saved by Grace. Honorary pall bearers were Al Evans; Ed Heslar; Bill Nunn and Wilder Rinehart. Active pall bearers were George Cowan; Zura Monroe; Jim Rankin; Bert Upton; Chalres Smith and Ott Kolling. The floral pieces were carried by Mrs. JM Milligan; Mrs. Hubert Loudermill; Mrs. Frank Shanks; Miss Joan Kolling; Mrs. Will Nunn; Mrs. Lee Burkett; Mrs. Donald Riddle; Mrs. William Davis; Glen Miles; Miss Lael Coons; Mrs. Warren Seybold and Charles Galey. interment was made in Maple Ridge Cemetery. Frank Edward Seybold, resident of Waveland for the past 38 years died in Union Hospital, Terre Haute Friday afternoon at 1:10 o'clock. His death was attributed to heart trouble and a blood clot on the brain. Mr. Seybold who would have been 70 on Nov 11, had been in failing health for the past year and had been a patient in the hospital for the past 13 days. He was born on Nov 11, 1866 in Pana, illinois, the son of Jackson A. and Sarah Angeline White Seybold. On Nov 11, 1891, he was married to Rose Annie Galey, who passed away April 2, 1904. To this union were born 3 daughters: Mrs. Edwin Barnard; Mrs. George Gerichs and Mrs. Robert Wilson. In 1907 he was married to Ollen Blanche Glover. To them were born two daughters; Mrs. Weldon McClarin and Mrs. Harold Harshbarger. He married his third wife, Lorene Prather, on Nov 7, 1929. Mr. Seybold was a member of the Waveland Christian Church and the local Knights of Pythias lodge until it was disbanded a few years ago. During boyhood Mr. Seybold moved with his parents to Guion, Indiana where he resided a number of years. He moved to Waveland 38 years ago where he was prominent as a farmer and where for 28 years, he operated the Waveland Dry Line. He served as assistant assessor for a number of years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lorene Seybold; 5 daughters, Mrs. Edwin Barnard of Ladoga; Mrs. George Gerichs of Indianapolis; Mrs. Robert Wilson of Russellville, Mrs. Weldon McClaran of New Albany and Mrs. Harold Harshbarger of Cincinnati, one brother, Maurice Seybold of Browns Valley; a sister by adoption, Mrs. Charles Horn of Rockville; 9 grandchildren and 3 stepsons. .. -- kbz
